Standard Warranty :

All Smart Warranty products carry a standard local warranty, which may vary from one product family to another. The warranty card explains in detail the type of service coverage usually on labor and parts, the period it is covered for, response times and any exclusion that is applicable to the product.

Limited Warranty :

Smart Warranty products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period ranging from one to three years from date of purchase, depending upon the product. Review each individual product for specific warranty information under the product's Warranty cards.Any damage caused by external causes, including problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Smart Warranty, negligent installation or operation, failure to follow documented procedures, abuse, or general misuse of the product is not covered by the warranty. Custom configured products are non-refundable. Individual product manuals contain product-specific warranty information. Lifetime Warranty :

Smart Technologies provides a Lifetime Warranty for our hardware products and warrants that each product is to be in good working order for the product's lifecycle whether purchased from Smart Technologies or an authorized Smart Technologies business partner.You may obtain warranty service by delivering this product to an authorized Smart Technologies business partner or to Smart Technologies along with proof of purchase .The Smart Technologies Lifetime Warranty is defined as the serviceable life of the product. This is defined as the period during which all components are available. Should the product prove to be irreparable, Smart Technologies reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product if available or to retract Lifetime Warranty if no replacement is available.

Extended Warranty Plan:

The Smart Extended Warranty Program is intended for corporate, government or even individual clients wishing to upgrade the standard Smart Warranty to three years. This warranty does not cover the following conditions:

● Damage resulting from misuse, neglect,any physical damage or any other casualty.

● Failure of properly follow operating instructions provided by Product manual at time of delivery.

● Damage caused by use on circuits or voltages other than indicated on the applicable nameplate.
