Our nationwide staffs of Account Managers are experienced in developing solutions for the enterprise market.Our distribution philosophy is based on meeting the needs of our customers via Reseller Partners.
Our Commercial Account Managers are trained to provide and assist our customers throughout an entire project. Whether it involves free Evaluation units or working closely with your IT personnel to develop custom applications, Smart's nationwide sales and field engineering staffs are there to help you realize the your project's goals. Once a solution is defined, we will work with your reseller or a suggested one from our nationwide Reseller Partner network to execute the plan. Brother will continue to support both our end customer and our Reseller Partner to make sure that the implementation process goes as planned.
Smart products are carried by a wide range of major distribution partners. There is a dedicated team in place to make sure that the reseller's distributor of choice not only has and can deliver the product, but can provide all the other required support services as well. |
